## What this site is

Cyber Library is an online reading catalog for public-domain literature. Each book has a stable
HTML page, chapter pages, an identifying language path and structured metadata, so that both humans
and machine readers can link to a specific work or chapter and expect the URL to keep working.

Texts are public domain. The site does not host copyrighted books; when a title is not available in
the public-domain corpus, the page points readers to an external source.

## How to use it as an agent
